Judge Leon Archer of Dadeville, AL; disgusting pervert

It should be noted that Earlean has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past twenty-seven (27) years (1989-2016). Apparently, she was unable to secure a job as a greeter at the Walmart store in Fairhope, Alabama.

The Alabama Judicial Inquiry Commission found Judge Archer guilty of the following misconduct.

• Exchanged sexually explicit messages on Facebook
• Exchanged sexually explicit photos with a woman on Facebook
• Posted sexually explicit photos of his genitals on Facebook
• Explicit photos of Leon’s genitals taken at county courthouse
• Conversations included sexual explicit content, comments, and invitations or propositions
• Facebook postings included pictures of female breasts, buttocks and genitalia

Apparently, Leon found it acceptable to play with and send photos of his “gavel” (genitals) to a woman on Facebook while at the county courthouse and while he was being paid a judicial salary by the taxpayers.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Judge Archer by the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Judge Archer remains suspended with pay while she awaits a ruling from the Alabama Supreme Court.
