Attorney Michael Berger of Beverly Hills, CA; repeat offender

The state of California provided Michael Jay Berger with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings Law School.

The California Bar Court found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to advise client of client’s deposition
  • Failed to appear on behalf of client at deposition
  • Failed to keep disputed entrusted funds in client trust account

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Mike’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reproval for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Mike practices at 9454 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, California.
