The state of California provided John E. Sweeney Jr. with a law license in 1965 after he graduated from Loyola University Law School in Los Angeles.

The California Bar Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to return client files and property after termination
• Failed to provide requested accounting to client

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
