Attorney Bobak Roshan of Santa Monica; lying loser

The state of California provided Bobak Roshan with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

The California Bar Court found Bobak guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobak reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Bobak by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Bobak was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Bobak practices at 1642 Berkeley Street in Santa Monica, California, which is located in Los Angeles County.
