Attorney John Carro of New York City; apologist for Judicial Misfits  Sadly for my friends and acquaintances in New York, attorney John Carro was appointed to the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct several years ago. Luckily this certified loser and enabler for Judicial Misfits no longer is a member of this worthless Commission.
Johnny Baby was however sitting on this useless Commission when it was in the process of the determining the appropriate punishment for ex- New York City Justice Laura Blackburne. Blackburne was subsequently removed from the bench for her egregious misconduct, which is more fully set forth at the URL below.

In a failed effort to assure that this Judicial Misfit (Blackburne) would remain on the bench to ostensibly engage in a little “quid pro quo” (rulings in Carr’s favor), this certified lapdog, lackey and die-in-the wool enabler for certified loser, he submitted a letter claiming that the Judicial Commission should allow her to remain on the bench.
Clearly, attorney John Carro missed his calling as a standup comedian!
One must reasonably question his sanity and ethics for so acting. Apparently, Johnny will do almost anything to assure that he and/or his firm’s interests are represented by a Judge who has total contempt for her or his oath of office as is clearly the case with ex-Justice Laura Blackburne.
I’m sure that Ol’ Johnny has suffered from a severe case of “chapped lips” while pimping on behalf of this Judicial Misfit.
 It should be noted that attorney John Carro and his firm, Carro, Carro & Mitchell are long-standing members of the plaintiff’s bar (aka, ambulance chasers) who require the continued services of a compliant lackey judge like Laura Blackburne.
