Solicitor Owen Cooper of Queensland, AUS; ethical dwarf 

The Law Society presented Owen Frank Cooper with a law license in 1996.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Owen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Breached his duty as a solicitor
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to honor an undertaking given by his firm in writing
• Allowed unqualified person to draft undertaking
• Failed to appreciate wrongful nature of his conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Owen by gifting him with a complimentary $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Owen practices with Colwell Wright Solicitors at 68 Commercial Road in Newstead, Queensland, Australia.
