The Legal Practice Tribunal found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dave!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to provide competent representation(moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to maintain reasonable standards of competence (idiot)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016), Dave practices with Ava Solicitors at 2 Boston Court in Victory Lakes, Queensland, Australia.
