Attorney Michael Rose of Portland, OR; thieving loser  

The state of Oregon provided Michael E. Rose with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to respond to numerous client communications
• Failed to respond to appointed counsel’s repeated communications
• Collected fee from client for work performed by another attorney
• Upon termination failed to return client files and funds to client
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to maintain client funds in client trust account
• Collected an excessive fee (thief)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Johnny practices with Creighton & Rose PC at 65 SW Yamhill Street in Portland, Oregon.
