Attorney Leanne Bowker of Portland, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon provided Leanne M. Bowker with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark University Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Leanne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Continued client representation after clients objected to the representation
• Failed to preserve client confidences
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Parties sustained actual injury
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Leanne by gifting her with a complimentary 1-month suspension day of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Leanne practices with Harris & Bowker LLP at 10300 SW Greenburg Road in Portland, Oregon.
