The Law Society presented Robert Kenneth Cochrane with a law license in 1999.

The Legal Practice Tribunal found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misled (lied) to a federal tribunal
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Demonstrated unfitness to practice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Queensland Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand, was fined $7,500 and ordered to pay $2,500 in costs.

As we speak (ca. June 2016), Bobby practices with Property Lawyers at 46 Cavill Avenue in Surfers Paradis, Queensland, Australia.
