Attorney Thomas Nawalany of Portland, OR; imbecilic loser

The state of Oregon provided Thomas W. Nawalany with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Illinois Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to make sufficient inquiry to determine client’s mental state
• Acted in a negligent manner
• Victim was elderly and vulnerable
• Victim not competent to execute power of attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2016) Tommy practices with the Law Office of Thomas W. Nawalany at 3506 SE 66^th Avenue in Portland, Oregon.
