Attorney Cynthia Ralls of Garden Grove, CA; moronic shoplifter

The state of California provided Cynthia Dawn Ralls with a law license in1996 after she graduated from Pepperdine University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Cynthia guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cynthia pled guilty to petty theft, a misdemeanor.  Cynthia stole $185 worth of clothing from a JC Penney store. When confronted by store personnel she drove off; however, the Moron dropped her purse on the ground.

As a consequence of her misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Cynthia by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Cynthia practices at 12854 Newhope Street in Garden Grove, California which is located in Orange County.
