Attorney Thomas Turner of Mission Viejo, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Thomas Paul Turner with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of San Diego Law School.

The California Bar Court found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tommy was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Tommy practices at 23052-H Alicia Parkway in Mission Viejo, California, which is located in Orange County.
