Attorney Charles Bohn of San Jose, CA; lying loser

The state of California provided Charles Ray Bohn with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Santa Clara University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie reported under penalty of perjury to the State Bar that he was in compliance with the MCLE (Mandatory Continuing Legal Education requirements when in fact he had not done so.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Charlie was never criminally charged with perjury.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Charlie.
