Attorney Daniel Bruce of Sanger, CA; serial scofflaw

The state of California provided Daniel Americo Bruce with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from San Joaquin College of Law in Fresno, California. San Joaquin College is a fourth tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like UCLA or UC Davis.

The California Bar Court found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Danny found it acceptable to engage in the illegal practice of law during a time that he knew for a fact that his law license had been suspended. In fact, Danny appeared in court on behalf of two clients in unlawful detainer trials and also appeared at an order to show cause on behalf of another client.

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Danny practices with the Law Offices of Daniel A. Bruce at 1113 South Quality Avenue in Sanger, California, which is located in Fresno County.
