Attorney Dennis Carr of San Francisco; ethical dwarf

The state of California provided Dennis Michael Carr with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Western State University Law School.

The California Bar Court found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to withdraw his fees from client trust account
• Failed to deposit client’s $75,000 settlement check into client trust account
• Failed to pay or resolve client’s Medicare lien and other liens for more than two years

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Denny practices with the Law Offices of Dennis M. Carr at 5616 Geary Blvd in San Francisco, California.
