Attorney Terrence Murray of Lakewood, CO; scofflaw

The state of Colorado provided Terrence Patrick Murray with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated no-contact court order by sending his ex-wife insulting emails and telephoning her
• Found in contempt of court twice for making contact with ex-wife
• Conduct caused ex-wife to suffer emotional distress
• Improper conduct caused court system injury by necessitating contempt proceedings
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Terry by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As one would suspect, Terry fails to disclose the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.madlawfirm.com. Apparently, Terry decided to conceal this highly relevant information so as to not limit his future victim pool.
