Attorney Mark Pautler of Lakewood, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided Mark C. Pautler with a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Mark guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was serving as chief deputy district attorney of Jefferson County, Colorado.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Communicated with unrepresented person by knowingly and intentionally misrepresented (lied) to an at large murder suspect that he was a public defender who would assist him in his effort to surrender

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 3-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Mark.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Mark is employed by the Lakewood Municipal Court at 445 South Allison Parkway in Lakewood, Colorado.
