Attorney Linwood Holt of Denver; greedy loser, repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Linwood Tyrone Hold with a law license in 1974.

The Colorado State Bar found Linwood guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, an associate with Linwood’s firm worked approximately eighty-six (86) hours on a client’s case. Subsequently, Linwood added fifty-seven (57) hours to the bell that was sent to the client for the associates’ time.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Linwood’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a 90-day suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Linwood by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Linwood practices with The Holt Group LLC at 1675 Broadway in Denver, Colorado.
