Attorney Richard Korsakov of Chattanooga, TN; repeat offender

The state of Tennessee provided Jeffrey James Mueller with a law license in 1969 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

Dick’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Neglected clients’ matters
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Dick!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Dick’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) in divorce action
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to appear for scheduled court hearing
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Dick practices at 903 Elinor Street in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
