The State of Montana presented Robert Carly Brian Myers with a law license in 2010.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel has charged Bobby with engaging in the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was a Ravalli County judicial candidate.

In one matter, Bobby aired a radio ad that said that his opponent and the incumbent judge he was attempting to unseat was guilty of committing fraud.

Bobby’s ad features Dan Cox, Bobby’s client in a child custody case. In the ad, Mr. Cox says that his opponent committed fraud by secretly communicating with attorneys for the other party and thereby denied Cox a chance to respond.

Deputy Disciplinary Counsel Jon Moog stated in the ethics complaint that the statements in Bobby’s ad are false.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bobby by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court.
