Attorney Anne Phillips of Bridgeport, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Anne Pappas Phillips with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Anne guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conflict of interest involving her father and condo closing
• Failed to obtain written consent from client re: conflict of interest
