Attorney James Edwards Jr. Jacksonville, NC; ethical misfit

The state of North Carolina presented James D. Edwards Jr.  with a law license in 1976.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two or more clients
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Jimmy practices with Gaylor Edwards & Vatcher PA at 219 New Bridge Street in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
