The state of Maryland presented Arnold B. Schweizer with a law license in 1976.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Arnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Arnie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.
