Judge Clark Munger of Tucson,Il Duce Wannabee, arrogant ethical gnome

Sadly for the citizens of Pima County, Clark Munger was able to dupe then Gov. Fife Symington into appointing him as a Superior Court judge in 1997. Of course Munger obtained this unwarranted appointment by acting as a compliant lackey and bootlicker for the local political hacks in the greater Tucson area. He certainly didn’t obtain it because he was the best candidate in town.

Numerous litigants who had the misfortune of appearing before Il Duce (aka, Benito Mussolini) have aired complaints about his arrogant, disrespectful and outright heavy-handed tactics. It appears that Il Duce is contemptuous of litigants who appear before him unrepresented (pro se) by an attorney. Apparently, Il Duce is of the mindset that these folks are depriving local attorneys the opportunity to earn a dishonest living.

It also appears that Judge Munger is of the opinion that his “bowel movement is without odor” if y’all know what I mean. Before his Dishonor assumed his judicial throne, he was charged with “failure to appear” after he was ticketed for speeding. Of course it goes without saying that if you did the same thing, Ol’ Clark would likely issue a warrant for your arrest.

It has been reported that in the recent past, Ms. Lorraine Bourgoin of Tucson appeared before the Arizona Commission on Judicial Review to inform them of Munger’s so-called judicial demeanor.

Ms. Bourgoin commented on Munger’s conduct while he presided over a probate matter involving her son. “I wasn’t very pleased,” she said. “He wasn’t very honorable… At other times, I was in his courtroom and observed his conduct, and I don’t feel it was dignified or fair.”

There are numerous other victims of Judge Clark Munger’s so-called conduct in regards to how he presided over estate matters, including the appointment of guardians.

It is indeed unfortunate that someone of Judge Munger’s ilk is allowed to sit in judgment of anyone, let along those seeking true justice. Sadly, Munger engages in “dispensing with justice” rather than with “dispensing justice.”

What a loser!
