Attorney Robert Craig of Graham, NC; crooked loser

The state of North Carolina presented Robert D. Craig with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Samford University Law School.

The Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged an illegal and clearly excessive fee (crook)
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Intentionally prejudiced or damaged client during course of representation
• Caused client’s arrest via tip to police then represented client w/o disclosing he caused his arrest

As a consequence of his misconduct the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee of the North Carolina State Bar punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2015) Bobby practices at 102 West Elm Street in Graham, North Carolina.
