Attorney Ross Rodriguez of San Antonio; thieving loser

The state of Texas presented Ross A. Rodriguez with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.

A panel of the District 10 Grievance Committee found Ross guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to promptly deliver client funds client entitled to receive
  • Failed to withdraw from representation when terminated
  • Failed to surrender files after being terminated
  • Failed to return unearned fees (thief)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Ross by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Ross practices at 325 South Flores Street in San Antonio, Texas.
