Attorney Brian Bethune of Plano; ethical dwarf

The state of Texas presented Brian D. Bethune with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) Law School.

A panel of the 366th District Court of Collin County found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed or advised client to disobey ruling by a tribunal

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Brian practices with Brian D. Bethune & Associates at 555 Republic Drive in Plano, Texas.
