Attorney Michael Menkes of British Columbia, CAN; ethical dwarf

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Michael S. Menkes with a law license in 1996.

The Law Society of British Columbia found Mike guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to serve client’s claim on City of Vancouver as required
• Failed to return client phone calls
• For three years failed to include client’s file in monthly status reports to the Practice Standards Department as required

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Upper Law Society Committee punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary $7,500 fine.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Mike practices at 631 Carnarvon Street in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada.
