Attorney Diep Nguyen of British Columbia, CAN; lying loser

The Law Society of British Columbia presented Diep T.H. Nguyen with a law license in 1992.

The Law Society of British Columbia found Diep guilty of the following misconduct.

• Fabricated disbursement on client’s account
• Falsely represented to Law Society client disbursement was genuine

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society Committee punished Diep by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license and a $10,000 fine.
