Attorney Kevin Patcha of Cypress, TX; imbecile

The District of Columbia presented Kevin Patcha with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School. Doug also received a law license from the District of Columbia in 1990.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to properly supervise former associate
• Failed to ensure brief adequately addressed findings of court
• Failed to represent client zealously

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals Board punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. July 2016), Kevin practices in Cypress, Texas.
