Attorney Stanley Davis of Madison, WI; thieving loser

The state of Wisconsin presented Stanley Whitmore Davis with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Michigan State University School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) found Stan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in 36 counts of misconduct involving eight client matters
• Lied to clients abut status of their cases
• Failed to pursue client claims
• Missed court-imposed deadlines
• Failed to return unearned fees (thief)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Stan!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Stan by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Stan practices with The Davis Group at 4230 East Towne Blvd in Madison, Mississippi.
