Attorney John Tinder II of Corpus Christi, TX; dimwitted slacker

The state of Texas presented John William Tinder II with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Texas Tech University School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to provide competent representation (dimwit)
  • Failed to abide by client’s scope and objectives
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to terminate representation when required to so act
  • Disobeyed an order of the court (Screw you, said Johnny!)
  • Engaged in dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.alexhernandezlaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Johnny practices his brand of law with the Law Offices of Alex R. Hernandez Jr. PLLC at 921 North Chaparral in Corpus Christi, Texas.
