Judge S. Lark Ingram of Marietta, GA; incompetent boob

The state of Georgia presented S. Lark Ingram with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from the University of Georgia Law School.

Former Gov. Zell Miller was duped into appointing Poole as a Cobb County Circuit Court judge in 1995. Ingram didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the greater Marietta area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

FYI: Judge Ingram has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past thirty-eight years (1978 to 2016). Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Marietta area was about to offer Ingram a good paying job.

Georgia Ethics Laws mandate that all judges submit an annual financial disclosure statement wherein the report their income, assets and who gave them money for their political campaigns. Failure to so act provides for a mandatory fine of at least $125.00 for each violation.

When Judge Ingram was informed by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that he was in violation of the mandatory reporting rules she responded by saying:

“Thank you for letting me know about that because I wasn’t notified of that, I don’t know if that’s correct. You know, just because something is put on a website doesn’t mean it’s correct.”

Ingram’s self-serving moronic response is pure hyperbole (BS) because it was her responsibility to follow the law in filing an annual financial disclosure statement.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Ingram continues to sit as a Cobb County Superior Court judge in Marietta, Georgia.
