Attorney David Christoffersen of Trenton, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented David Gray Christoffersen with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from Willamette University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dave guilty of the following misconduct

• Negligently misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Engaged in recordkeeping violations
• Failed to segregate funds subject to a legal fee dispute

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Dave practices with the Christoffersen Law Firm at 795 Parkway Avenue in Trenton, New Jersey.
