Attorney Wanda Molina of Jersey City, NJ; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Wanda Molina with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Wanda guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Wanda pled guilty in the Superior Court of New Jersey to third degree tampering with public records and fourth degree falsifying of public records

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Wanda by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Wanda practices in Jersey City, New Jersey.
