Attorney Andrew Murray of Pompton Plains, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Andrew Kevin Murray with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from St. John’s University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to reconcile his trust account
• Had inactive balances in trust account ledgers
• Engaged in various recordkeeping violations

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Andy’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Andy practices at 230 West Parkway in Pompton Plains, New Jersey.
