Attorney Joseph Fell of East Hanover, NJ; serial offender

The state of New Jersey presented Joseph Jerome fell with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Joey guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Joey’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received one complimentary reprimand and one admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Joey practices in East Hanover, New Jersey.
