Attorney Deborah Gabry of Roseland, NJ; ethical misfit

The state of New Jersey presented Deborah Ann Gabry with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from Seton Hall University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Debbie guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Debbie failed to obtain a client’s written consent in a loan transaction involving Debbie’s husband, in which the parties’ interests were in direct conflict to one another.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Debbie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Debbie practices in Roseland, New Jersey.
