Attorney Geoffrey Sutliff of Sacramento; thieving loser

The state of California provided Geoffrey Alan Sutliff with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Lincoln Law School in Sacramento. Lincoln is a fourth tier school dedicated to serving losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream schools like UCLA or UC Davis.

The California Bar Court found Geoffrey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Took more than a year to finalize marital settlement agreement
• Never filed marital settlement agreement with the Superior Court
• Failed to complete any work on divorce matter
• Failed to refund $3,000 in unearned fees (thief)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Geoffrey!)

As a consequence of his misconduct the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
