Attorney Francis Falkenstein of Haddon Township, NJ; dishonest slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Francis J. Falkenstein with a law license in 2005.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Fran guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in gross neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to terminate client representation when required to do so
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Fran by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Fran practices in Haddon Township, New Jersey.
