Attorney Susan Lowden of Haddonfield, NJ; dishonest slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Frances Ann Hartman with a law license in 1991.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross negligence
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to communicate the basis or rate of his fee in writing
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Suzie!)
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Suzie practices at 27 Kings Highway East in Haddonfield, New Jersey.
