Attorney Jonathan Sachar of Cape May, NJ; lying deceiver

The state of New Jersey presented Jonathan Edward Sachar with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jon guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jon was involved in a private real estate matter wherein he was personally seeking a commercial loan. Jon’s conduct was deceitful and he made misrepresentations (lied) when he failed to advise the parties involved about the true priority of liens on the property in question.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jon by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Jon was never criminally prosecuted for attempting to defraud the loan company.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Jon practices at 574 New England Road in Cape May, New Jersey.
