Attorney John Hutt of Linwood, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented John Joseph Hutt with a law license in 1999.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to resolve outstanding medical liens for more than one year
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to promptly deliver funds to third parties
• Failed to reply to client inquires re: settlement of medical liens

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Johnny practices in Linwood, New Jersey.
