Attorney Spiro Michals of Red Bank, NJ; repeat offender

The state of New Jersey presented Spiro T. Michals with a law license in 1991.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Spiro guilty of the following misconduct

In one matter, Spiro found it acceptable to issue trust account checks to himself or others for personal or business expenses.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Spiro’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in the same type of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Spiro by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Spiro practices in Red Bank, New Jersey.
