Attorney Bruce Resnick of Cherry Hill, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Bruce M. Resnick with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Piedmont College Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to memorialize rate or basis of his fee
• Failed to promptly disburse funds to party entitled to them
• Numerous recordkeeping violations

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Bruce practices in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
