Attorney Richard Rinaldo of Union, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Bruce M. Resnick with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Piedmont College Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dick guilty of the following misconduct

• Exhibited gross neglect
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Improper termination of client representation
• Negligence led to clients’ lawsuit being dismissed with prejudice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Dick practices with The Rinaldo Law Firm at 1767 Morris Avenue in Union, New Jersey.
