Attorney Edward Cooper of Linden, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Edward Seth Cooper with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eddie guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to safeguard client or third party funds
• Failed to promptly notify person of receipt of funds
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Failed to promptly turn over funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Eddie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Eddie practices at 812 North Wood Avenue in Linden, New Jersey.
