Attorney Eryk Gazdzinski of West Deptford, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Eryk Anthony Gazdzinski with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Eryk guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to provide fee agreement in civil family action
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Eryk!)
• Entered into prohibited agreement with client to dismiss ethics complaint in exchange for a resolution of a fee arbitration matter
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Nicki by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Nicki practices with Fitzgerald & Associates at 649 Newark Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey.
