Attorney Stephanie Hand of Livingston, NJ; slacker

The state of New Jersey presented Stephanie Ashley Hand with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from Northeastern University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Steph guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to advise client of status of his case
• Failed to inform client that unfavorable arbitrator’s decision not appealable
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Steph by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2016) Steph practices in Livingston, New Jersey.
